Holman Strategies has partnered with the Arkansas Association of Counties

as an American Rescue Plan advisor. The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 is a $1.9 trilli

on coronavirus rescue package designed to facilitate the United States' recovery from the devastating economic and health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We serve as an advisor to all 75 counties in the State. We are there to help answer questions and provide guidance on the eligible expenses, Treasury's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds provided by the American Rescue Plan.
